I have traveled the United States and the world many times over and have had the privilege to see and photograph amazing sights. I’ve always held a camera in my hand, whether it was to contribute to my high school yearbook album, or take stunning photographs of people or nature, I’ve always found photography to capture the “moment” or the“subject” not so much in two dimensions, but rather in multiple dimensions – the subject, shapes, textures, shadows and lighting, lines and patterns, tones, color, space and symmetry, etc. – they all render a greater definition to every experience in a way that draws the viewer into that “moment”. When you and I look at a quality photograph, we should be able to see creativity that vividly amplifies depth and substance.
