With each snap of the shutter I strive to capture the feeling of the moment, the joy of the event and day and the creative spirit that lives in everyone. With their innocence and curiosity, young children make ideal subjects. As children get older, they learn to "smile for the camera," or say "cheese." I quickly move my subjects past these stock faces to record their natural emotions and expressions.
