Welcome to Alanna Jurden Photography, where your stories take center stage. As an Olympic Peninsula Portrait Photographer based just outside of Port Townsend, WA, we serve families, pet lovers, and small businesses across the Olympic Peninsula who are looking to preserve life’s most meaningful moments. Whether you’re celebrating a family milestone, capturing your child’s ever-changing personality, honoring the special bond with your pet, or showcasing your products with elegance, our sessions are designed around you.
I’m a proud WSU Coug and a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. I'm also a wife, a mom to two grown children, and the caretaker of a small herd of beloved rescue animals. My studio sits on five peaceful acres near the beach—so whether you're dreaming of a whimsical forest scene, a polished studio portrait, or a relaxed lifestyle session by the ocean, I have you covered.
From our very first phone call to our planning sessions, and finally to choosing that perfect image for a museum-quality wall canvas, I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. For the past 20 years, I’ve been helping families create meaningful, lasting memories through timeless imagery, wall art, and custom albums.
As an affiliate photographer of The Tilly Project, I’m honored to offer end-of-life portrait sessions for beloved pets. Being involved in animal rescue over the past five years has deepened my understanding of just how precious—and fleeting—our time is with our furry companions. Whether it's a cat, dog, horse, donkey, or any other cherished animal, each one leaves a lasting imprint on our hearts.
