As an elementary school teacher, my "specialty area" is photographing kids. If you are looking for a laid-back photographer who understands how kids operate (well, as much as they can be understood), then maybe we would be a good fit for one another. Kids, by nature, don't like "formal," and neither do I! I prefer to shoot natural, candid, "you-being-you" pictures. I love lifestyle sessions most of all, but I also love to let kids dress up and be silly, perhaps creating a magical fairy-tale photo shoot that they don't even realize is a photo shoot! I am not into forcing smiles or poses, but rather using them to help the camera see who you are on the inside. I am cheesy, sappy, dramatic, and often quite silly, but aren't all the good photogs?
